The Fea12less Situation/My Solution

Alright it's quite obvious that we have a problem here. Our name is being tarnished by unecessary tk's which I outlined strictly not to be done, another thing is that this often deals with the chopper in which I was quite clear we do not do this to others, especially for vehicles, however I do not mind if it was done to you first, but from what I've seen this is not the situation.
I plan to talk to Fea12less when I next get on and if I am not satisfied with what happens I have thought about this carefully and than would plan to enact a probation period of 1 week for Fea12less with people sending me status reports day to day. If I am not satisfied with the reports/there are no reports of improvement than I plan to move to step 2 which would be a clan wide vote of whether or not to kick this member out of the clan.
What does everyone think about this, I think it's not unfair in anyway, he has obviously cause too much trouble and will be given an opportunity to shape up and if not than drastic measure will be taken to make clean our name... B2K!

Ok quick update, since ive been recording stats.

Fea12less Team kills per 100 kills
Upto Jan16: 6.45
Jan16-Jan17: 12.5!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Let him know im watching.

Alright he assures me he will stop, but if any of you play with him and witness or experience this I would like to be informed. I believe this will be the solution to any game related problems that we have with clan members. Any thoughts? Please post them here.

This thread is done, we patching things up. I played 2 matches with him today and didn't witness any TK by Fearless. There was a moment in a match I was driving heavy tank and fearless landed chopper close to me so he could repair, well I had him in my sights for about 10 seconds and thought about blowing his chopper to smithereens but restrained myself, its all good now.

He played very well with me last night on Gold Rush, he seconded me in one defender round with 700 and 500, and we completely demolished the other team holding their high scorer in the 200s. He sent me a message after saying he was trying not to TK.

ive never been tkd by him on purpose. Sometimes we land on opposing teams, but we are fine with that. I already know how I can and can't play against. But its not going to matter anymore

he will tk for the heli and he can get very annoying. i heard a lot of people refuse to play with with him including Unfazed.
